What is the standard shipping time for bikes and heavy equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like mountain bikes or home trainers, we use specialized freight partners to ensure your gear arrives safely and fully inspected.
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts must include the original protective liner.
Do you offer a warranty on carbon fiber frames?
Yes, all Delta Cycle carbon frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. This does not cover damage from crashes or improper maintenance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm for high-performance equipment purchases.
