At Delta Cycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
